Social media policy

On Hivernacle Pop-Up Club’s Facebook, Twitter and Instagram you can learn more about the festival and obtain information about events and news.

Although we love being on social networks and we encourage you to interact by leaving comments, photos, videos or reviews that are very necessary for us, when you use or access our pages you automatically agree to comply with these conditions. In addition, brunch reserves the right to delete any comment or block access to followers of this page at any time if it deems appropriate.

Maintain correctness: do not write illegal, rude, defamatory, offensive, irreverent, xenophobic or homophobic comments. And, of course, we do not accept threats or repetitive spam messages, although we do want to hear your constructive criticism and suggestions.

Follow the thread: we ask that you keep your comments within the purposes of our fan pages. We will not accept comments from false profiles or identity theft, nor will we accept our own promotions or advertising of products, services or private activities that are considered advertising. Additionally, avoid any action that may infringe the intellectual property rights of any individual or entity, post false or misleading content, send unsolicited advertising or email, solicit donations, conduct commercial transactions, introduce “bait links” (include a link in your comment to send traffic to your own website) or upload files that contain viruses or malicious code that may damage other people’s systems.

The opinions or statements published on our social networks belong to the people who publish them. Therefore, they are not necessarily endorsed by Brunch and do not represent our point of view. Comments where followers describe their opinions or experiences do not have to reflect or reproduce the experience of other people.
We recommend that you read the privacy policy and terms of use of social networks as they apply to the use of our Fan Pages. At Brunch we respect the policies of Facebook and all our social networks.
