Tickets

Any inquiries related to tickets should be sent directly to ticketsupport@ra.co to receive a response; please attach the code RAXXXXXX-XXX to get a solution as soon as possible.

Tickets are activated by generating a QR code 24 hours prior to the start of the event in the Resident Advisor APP.

Please read below for more information

If the event has been canceled in its entirety, two types of compensation will be offered: a full refund of the ticket cost or the option to attend the next event for free. If, due to circumstances beyond the control of the organization, an artist’s last-minute cancellation is reported, no compensation will be offered; The resale service will always be offered through the ticket sales platform https://ra.co/tickets/resale

Once the event gets SOLD OUT, the resale systems in Resident Advisor will be activated automatically. Please note that we strongly advise against purchasing or selling SOLD OUT event tickets through any platform other than Resident Advisor; the only authorized resale systems. When tickets are entered into the resale queue, they can be purchased in exactly the same way as regular RA tickets. The ticket box at the top of the event page will light up and you will have the option to add tickets to your cart.
We recommend that you check the event page from time to time to see if tickets are available.

You can find more information and instructions on how to use both resale systems through Resident Advisor here.

All tickets will be checked and scanned upon entering the venue. Tickets can be printed or, in case of digital tickets, displayed on your mobile device. You will need to bring a valid form of photo identification to the event to verify that the name on the ticket matches your name.

All false, invalid or duplicate ticket will be rejected. Please ensure you purchase your ticket(s) through an authorized sales platform (Resident Advisor is our only official sales platform).

When a purchase is made of one of our tickets sold by Resident Advisor, an email is automatically sent (to the email address linked to your RA user) confirming the purchase. 24 hours before the start of the event, tickets are activated in the Resident Advisor mobile application; There you can see the QR that you must present to access the event.

If you do not receive the purchase confirmation or can’t see your entry in the RA application, you can contact info@hivernacle.com o ticketsupport@ra.co

To change the name, start the RA Guide application and open the entry. You can rename the entry using the pencil icon. Note that you can only change the name in the entry once. You cannot resell an entry once you have changed the name.

You may have purchased the ticket using a different user account. If that is the case, you should go to My Tickets using that user account. Here are some possible causes to consider:

Were you logged in with a friend’s account when you made the purchase?
Do you have a different email address? Perhaps you created a different account with that email.
Did you log in with Facebook? You may have created a new AR account linked to Facebook and purchased the tickets with that account. Try logging out and then logging in with Facebook.

If you are unable to find your ticket, please contact info@hivernacle.com and we will get you a solution as soon as possible.

The VIP ticket provides access to the backstage; a spacious area with sofas/chairs to talk with friends, etc. You will have direct access to the stage to get closer to the performing artist. Additionally, you’ll save time by avoiding long queues at the entrance, the VIP bars for ordering drinks, or using the restroom facilities (VIP bathrooms). The VIP ticket doesn’t include any complimentary drinks. The ‘stage’ area (right in the booth) is reserved for DJs and their guests exclusively and is inaccessible. However, the backstage area, right behind the stage or DJ, is open to all those with a backstage ticket.

Compromise

To the residents of the neighborhood where we hold the events we offer a 50% ticket even if the event is sold out and without the need to purchase it in advance. To be able to purchase this ticket at half price, the attendee can come on the same day of the event and show their ID and an invoice/receipt that shows their registration address. They will be given a ticket for 50% of the latest release that is on sale in those moments.

Equality and Inclusion

If you have a certificate of 33% disability, please contact the following email: tickets@brunchelectronik.com

Tell us the event/date you are interested in obtaining your ticket, send us your certificate and we will tell you how to proceed. We will convey your needs to the responsibles in order to offer you the best experience and we will give you a response as soon as possible.

We are working to implement new accessibility measures at our events and for now we have a discount system for people with PMR. If the event is SOLD OUT and you don’t have a ticket, we will not be able to guarantee entry to the event with or without a discount.

We also have bathrooms adapted for people with reduced mobility.

At all our events we have a SAFE SPACE in which we offer assistance and information to all those who request it. You can also find our LGTBIQ+ and Feminist Stand in case of harassment/discrimination situations. In addition, we have a Prevention and Safe Party Point with a team of professional psychologists who will assist you in case of minor assistance. For more serious situations we have Medical Services.
